♥ Not much time left...
Went out wif th,mag n kat yesterday to bugis...Wanted to buy some shirts...
In the end only bought 1.
...
Better than nth rite
I went off early. Like 5pm?
Cause I wanted to go back to my grandparents house to have my dinner...
The house that holds quite alot of precious memories for me.
Its the place where I go every Saturday when I was a child, and I used to have so much fun there with my cousins, playing, chatting, up to some mischievous things we do...
It use to be very crowded every saturday, cause its like a family gathering day that kind of thing, where all of my aunts and cousins will go to my grandparents house to pay my grandparents a visit, then the children will have fun together n stuff....
As time goes by, we grow up, of them became not so "stick to family" kind,
they did not go to my grandparents house that frequently anymore
and we drift further apart...
We are not so close to each other anymore
But
We can still talk when we meet, know that we will not be strangers...
Anyway,
Had a sumptuous meal, wonderfully made by my aunts
And then they began to shift the things in the house,
allocate who takes what
O ya
My favourite part was that me and my cousin went looking at the photos in the photo albums we found,
Pictures we took when we were younger
Pictures taken when its someone's birthday
The cutting of cakes
Blowing of candles
Pictures we took when its some family gathering...
Precious memories coming back to our minds
Then we saw baby pictures of us when we were babies...
We started guessing who is which baby
Haha
We guessed by our age
See who is the eldest then who should be the next one to guess the babies...
See the lookalike faces...
Haha
Then comes the black and white pictures of my mum, aunts, uncles and my grandparents
A few decades ago...
Wow
How pretty they look when they were young.
No offence la
How old fashioned
or should I say how retro their clothes were
And their hairstyles!
My 2nd aunt laughed so hard when she saw a picture of my mum with a hairstyle.
Then we saw a picture of my 2nd aunt with a funny hairstyle.
so funny!
Pictures brought back so much memories...
I'll upload some next time!
